摘要
文章分析了交叉学科的定义、学科交叉融合的使命和交叉学科的设置需求,并探讨了交叉学科人才培养的发展困境,提出了建设交叉学科人才培养的改革举措以及进一步研究的方向,以推动交叉学科的发展和人才培养.该研究对于了解交叉学科的发展现状和人才培养模式的探索具有重要的参考价值,有助于促进交叉学科教育和研究的发展.
This paper first analyzes the definition,mission and setting requirements of interdisciplinary,and discusses the development dilemma of interdisciplinary talent training.Secondly,this paper focuses on the training mode of interdisciplinary talents,puts forward the reform measures for the construction of interdisciplinary talents training,and puts forward the direction and suggestions for further research,so as to promote the development of interdisciplinary talents training.This study has important reference value for understanding the development status of interdisciplinary and the exploration of talent training mode,which is helpful to promote the development of interdisciplinary education and research.
