摘要
“以审判为中心”诉讼制度改革是诉讼模式的变化与革新,是对实践中“以侦查为中心”现象的反思,将对防止冤假错案,推进司法公正起到根本保障作用。培养适应现行诉讼体制改革要求,具有法治思维、证据思维的预备警官,是公安院校实现“如何培养人”的重要命题。因此有必要对《刑事证据学》的实践教学模块进行改革和创新,同时引入先进的教学方式,重新设计实践教学的考核方式。
The reform of"trial centered"litigation system is the change and innovation of litigation mode.It is a reflection of the"investigation-centered"phenomenon in practice,and plays a fundamental role in preventing unjust,false and erroneous cases and promotion of judicial justice.How to adapt to the current litigation system reform requirements,and cultivate probationary police officer with rule of law thinking and evidence thinking to meet the requirements of the current litigation system reform is an important proposition for public security colleges to realize"how to train people".Therefore,it is necessary to reform and innovate the practical teaching model of criminal evidence science,while introducing advanced teaching methods and redesigning the assessment methods of practical teaching.
