摘要
"以审判为中心"的诉讼制度改革是当前司法制度改革的主要内容,其发展正逐步加强,必然会推动我国刑事诉讼制度的演变与发展,进而对高校刑事诉讼法学教学产生影响。为了适应新形势下司法改革的要求,公安院校刑事诉讼法教学必须积极探索审判中心背景下的改革,以适应应用型警务人才培养的需求。当前公安院校刑事诉讼法教学中存在种种问题,必须从教学理念和内容、教学方式和方法、考核方式等方面进行完善。
The reform of the litigation system ＂Justice as the Center＂ is the main content of the current reform of the judicial system, and its development is gradually strengthening, which will inevitably promote the evolution and development of the criminal procedure system in China, and then have an impact on the teaching of criminal procedure law in Colleges and universities. In order to meet the requirements of the judicial reform under the new situation, the teaching of criminal procedure law in public security colleges must actively explore the reform under the background of the trial center to meet the needs of the training of applied police personnel. At present, there are various problems in the teaching of criminal procedure law in public security colleges and universities, which must be perfected from the teaching concept and content, teaching methods and methods, assessment methods and so on.
