摘要 为充分发挥证据法学在法学教育体系中的独特作用,基于学生主体性培养,对证据法学实践考核模式进行探索。从师资建设、课程设置、教学与考核环境等方面提出支持实践考核的建议,强调证据法学实践考核的关键是明确考核目标,并提出传统试卷法、多媒体案例考核法、实验报告考核法和模拟法庭考核法相结合的实践考核方案。 In order to fully develop the unique role of evidence law in legal educational system, based on the cultivation of students' subjectivity, the author explores the assessment model for evidence law practice. Suggestions for supporting such assessment are provided from the aspects of teacher construction, curriculum setting, teaching and assessment environment. It is believed that the key to the assessment for evidence law practice is to clarify assessment goals. Moreover, it proposes a practical assessment program which combines traditional examination papers, multi- media case assessment, experimental report assessment, and simulated courtroom assessment.
