Construction and Verification of Vocational Education Institutes Teachers’ Professional Competence Structure Model

摘要 全面加强新时代职业院校教师队伍建设,提高职业院校教师专业化水平,需要加强对职业院校教师专业能力结构的研究。本研究基于"输出能力观"模型理论,采用DACUM工作分析技术开发了职业院校教师专业能力领域及能力单元,随后采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,建构了职业院校教师专业能力结构。该结构由6个因子,41个能力项构成。6个因子包括教学能力、专业建设能力、参与学生和学校管理能力、开展科学研究能力、开展校企合作和服务能力、自身专业发展能力。六因子结构模型得到了较好的检验,符合模型基本适配指标,是可以接受的模型。 To deepen the construction of teaching staff in vocational institutes in the new era and improve the quality of teachers in vocational institutes,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the structure of vocational institutes teachers’ professional competence and effectively improve the professional level of teachers in vocational institutes.The Professional Competence field and competence unit of teachers in vocational institutes were developed by DACUM Job Analysis technology,and then the professional competence structure of teachers in vocational institutes was constructed by using exploratory factor analysis and verification factor analysis.The structure consists of 6 factors which include 41 competence factors.6 factors include teaching ability,program building ability,participation in student and school management ability,research ability,school-enterprise cooperation and service ability,and self-upgrading of ability.The six-factor structure model has been better tested and is an acceptable model.
