摘要
借鉴DACUM分析法,对辅导员班团建设的工作职责、工作任务和能力要求进行逐层分解,并通过专家小组研讨的方式,从初级、中级、高级和专家级四个层级分别提出辅导员班团建设职业能力的具体内容。解决《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》中存在的班团建设工作内容分工与辅导员工作实际不完全相符、职业能力要求不够全面等方面的问题。
Using DACUM analysis method,this paper examines layer by layer the responsibilities,job tasks and competency requirements of college advisors in class construction and Youth League construction,and then discusses the specific contents of professional competency for class and Youth League construction at the primary,intermediate,advanced and expert levels.Hopefully,research in this respect can help solve the problems existing with the Competency Standards for College Advisors(Interim)where the job description of class construction and Youth League construction does not fully agree with the actual situation of college advisors work and competence requirements are not complete.
