摘要
农林经济管理专业的特殊性,使其与其他专业相比,影响研究生教育满意度的具体因素不完全相同。选取全国6所农林类院校的农林经济管理类研究生,进行调查问卷,采用主成分分析法和多元线性回归方法,分析影响农林经济管理类研究生教育满意度的主要因素。结果显示,农林经济管理类研究生对其教育的总体满意较高;设施质量因素和服务质量因素对农林经济管理类研究生教育满意度产生显著的正向影响;服务质量因素在设施质量因素与教育满意度之间起到部分中介效应,设施质量因素对教育满意度的影响效应中有24.109%是通过服务质量因素起作用;研究生自身对教育的期望对其教育满意度没有产生显著的影响。研究建议,应不断提高和完善学校的设施质量和管理服务质量,加强导师对研究生的科研学术和就业等方面的系统指导等措施,从而提高农林经济管理类研究生教育满意度。
For the graduate students′educational satisfaction,agricultural and forestry economics and management major,holding its specific characteristics,has no exact detailed factors with other majors.Questionnaire survey was conducted for graduate students of agricultural and forestry economics and management major from 6 agricultural and forestry colleges in China,it analyzed factors affecting the graduate students′educational satisfaction of agricultural and forestry economics and management major by Principal Component Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression.The result shows that the graduate students′educational satisfaction of agriculture and forestry economics and management major is higher on the whole.It is also found that the factors of facility quality and service quality have significant positive effects on graduate students′the educational satisfaction of agricultural and forestry economics and management major;and service quality factors play a part of mediating effect between facility quality factors and educational satisfaction,and 24.109%of the influencing effect of facility quality factors on educational satisfaction is through service quality factors.However,graduate students′expectation has no significant effect on graduate students′educational satisfaction.In order to improve the graduate students′educational satisfaction of agriculture and forestry economics and management major,it is necessary to improve and perfect the quality of facilities and management services,and strengthen the guidance of supervisors on students′scientific research and employment.
