摘要
全日制专业学位工商管理研究生教育是农业院校培养高层次农业管理人才,推动农业创新发展的重要途径。研究采用定序Probit回归模型考察教学设备、师资配备、教学管理、教学实践四个因素对研究生满意度的影响。结果发现:教学实践、教学设施两个因素显著影响研究生总体满意度,而师资配备、教学管理因素的影响并不显著。为此,加大实践教学环节投入力度、进一步完善教学设施将有效提升全日制专业学位研究生教育的满意程度。
The education of full-time business administration occupational graduates is a crucial approach for the agricultural colleges to cultivate high-level agricultural management talents, and to promote agriculture innovation and development. This paper focuses on the satisfaction of Occupational degree postgraduates, and, using the Probit regression model, analyzes the education satisfaction in view of four main factors, namely teaching facilities, the faculty, teaching management, teaching practices. The results show that teaching practices and teaching facilities significantly affect the overall satisfaction of students investigated, while the influence of the faculty and teaching management is not significant. Therefore, this paper supposes that increasing input of the teaching practices and improving the teaching facilities will effectively promote the satisfaction of the full-time occupational degree graduate students.
