摘要
养老基本公共服务标准体系是基本公共服务的重要组成部分。完善的养老基本公共服务标准体系将为基本公共服务建设提供有力的技术支撑,对提升养老基本公共服务标准化工作水平,实现养老基本公共服务均等化也具有重要的现实意义。本文基于南海养老基本公共服务标准化试点建设实践,探索建立健全南海区养老基本公共服务标准体系,"通用基础""服务提供""支撑保障"和"服务评价"四个标准子体系互相支撑、互为补充、协调配套,系统指导和推进养老基本公共服务标准化工作,实现以标准化促进养老基本公共服务均等化、普惠化、便捷化。
The standard system of basic public service for the aged is an important part of basic public service.A sound standard system will provide strong technical support for the construction of basic public services,and it is also of important practical significance for improving the standardization and realizing the equalization of basic public services for the aged.Based on the practice of the pilot construction of basic public service standardization,this article explores the establishment and improvement of basic public service standard system for the aged in Nanhai District of Foshan City.The four standard sub-systems of"common foundation","service provision","support guarantee"and"service evaluation"support,complement and coordinate each other,systemically guide and promote the standardization work and realize the equalization,inclusiveness and convenience of basic public services for the aged through standardization.
