摘要现代企业历来重视企业对员工的价值所在,只有企业能够成为员工的归属地,员工以作为企业员工为荣,在企业工作能够设身处地的感受到企业的关怀和温暖,才是企业能够保持长效健康发展的力量和源泉。从现代企业的管理要求来看,企业和员工是利益的共同体,企业有发展了员工才会有发展,员工积极努力的工作企业才能发展和壮大,二者是命运联系在一起的共同体。但是,一切工作的根本都是建立在人的基础之上,人力资源是企业生存的基础,现代企业都以提升企业员工的归属感和幸福感为企业长足久安的法则。
