随着数字化时代的快速发展,纺织企业正面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇,人力资源管理也需要进行创新,以适应快速变化的环境和提升企业的竞争力。作为一个人力密集型行业,纺织企业的人力资源管理发挥着至关重要的作用。为满足企业发展的需求,本文将从技术驱动的人力资源管理、数据化决策支持、灵活用工模式、员工发展与学习的数字化平台等方面对数字化时代纺织企业人力资源管理的创新策略进行研究,以期对行业的可持续发展和创新转型提供有益的贡献。
With the rapid development of the digital age,textile enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities,and human resource management also needs to innovate to adapt to the rapidly changing environment and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As a labor-intensive industry,human resource management in textile enterprises plays a crucial role.To meet the needs of enterprise development,this article will study the innovative strategies of human resource management in textile enterprises in the digital era from the aspects of technology driven human resource management,data-driven decision support,flexible employment models,and digital platforms for employee development and learning,in order to provide useful contributions to the sustainable development and innovative transformation of the industry.
