摘要
煤中全硫的测定方法很多,其中,艾士卡法作为仲裁方法具有不可替代的优势,但由于其测定步骤较为烦琐且影响因素较多,在一般的检测实验室尤其是大批量测试的实验室局限性很大。而库伦法以其自动化程度高、操作简单、测定时间短等优势,逐渐被广泛使用。本文立足于北京华夏力鸿商品检验有限公司实验室的现状,对比艾士卡法和库伦法测定煤中全硫的结果,运用成对对比分析方法得出2种测定方法可以相互代替,即在实验条件下,库伦法能够完全代替艾士卡法。
There are many methods for the determination of total sulfur in coal.Eschka method has its irreplaceable advantages as an arbitration method.However,due to its complicated determination steps and many influencing factors,it has more limitations in general testing laboratories,especially in large-scale testing laboratories.Coulomb method is gradually widely used because of its advantages of high automation,simple operation and short determination time.Based on the present situation of Beijing Huaxia Leon Commodity Inspection Co.Ltd.,by comparing the results of eschka method and coulomb method for the determination of total sulfur in coal,using pairwise comparative analysis method,it is concluded that the two methods can be replaced each other,that is to say the coulomb method can completely replace the eschka method under experimental conditions.
