摘要
文章详细介绍了库仑滴定法测定煤中干基硫的原理,对测量结果进行了不确定来源分析及分量评定,考虑了重复性测量、样品称量、曲线拟合、仪器漂移、水分测定5个方面引入的不确定度。结论:水分测量导致的不确定度占比最大,其次是样品称重误差和仪器示值误差,重复性误差及曲线拟合误差影响最小。
The principle of determination of dry basis sulfur in coal by Coulomb titration is introduced in detail. The source analysis and quantitative evaluation of uncertainty of the measurement results are carried out, the uncertainty introduced by repeatability measurement, sample weighing, curve fitting, instrument drift and moisture determination was considered. Conclusions: the uncertainty caused by moisture measurement accounted for the largest proportion, followed by sample weighing error and instrument value error,and the repeatability error and curve fitting error had the smallest impact.
