燃料煤灰分与挥发分及全硫快速检测法中称样量对测定结果的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过大量对比试验,考察燃料煤中灰分、挥发分、全硫快速检测法中试验样品质量对测定结果精密度和准确性的影响,即对水分、灰分采用不同的试验样品质量及挥发分扩大试验样品质量进行试验以研究试验样品质量对测定结果精密度和准确度的影响。结果表明:燃料煤水分、灰分随着试验样品质量增加,其测试时间延长,但对水分的影响相对较小;快速检测法中水分与灰分试验样品质量为0.3g^0.5g、挥发分试验样品质量为0.9g^1.1g时,其测试精密度满足GB/T 212的要求,准确性无显著性差异;考察称样量为0.3g^0.5g所测的快速法水分对全硫含量的影响,结果表明其与采用GB/T 212法水分基准换算后无显著性差异。 Through large amount of comparison tests,how the weighing sample amount affected the determination results in rapid testing methods of fuel coal ash,volatile matter and total sulfur were researched,which means that,for moisture,ash,adopting different testing sample weight to do the moisture and ash content tests,and taking more sample to do volatile matter test to research how the sample weight affected the precision and accuracy were done,the results showed that:along with the increase of testing sample weight,the moisture of fuel coal,ash content test last longer,but the effect on moisture content was small;in the rapid testing method,the sample weight of the moisture and ash content test was 0.3 g∽0.5 g,when the sample weight of volatile matter test was 0.9 g∽1.1 g,the testing precision could meet the requirements of GB/T 212,the accuracy had not big difference;when the sample weight was 0.3 g∽0.5 g,how the rapid moisture method affected the total sulfur content was researched,the results showed that there was no difference between rapid method and GB/T 212 method after basis conversion.
