摘要
介绍了三氯化钛法测定煤中硫化铁硫的检测原理,结合数理统计原理及对氯化亚锡用量、滴定终点判断的探讨,对三氯化钛法是否可替代氯化汞法测定煤中硫化铁硫进行成对对比分析。通过成对对比法实验证明,三氯化钛法可以替代氯化汞方法测定煤中硫化铁硫,使用氯化亚锡-三氯化钛还原剂的还原效果较好,且该法不易造成还原剂滴加过量,即三氯化钛法检测煤中硫化铁硫具有可靠性。
This paper introduced the testing principles of titanium chloride method to determine the sulfur iron sulfide in coal,combining with the mathematical statistics principle and stannous chloride amount,discussion on the judgement of titration endpoint,whether the titanium trichloride method could take the place of the mercuric chloride method to determine the sulfur iron sulfide in coal were analyzed using comparison,through the pairwise comparison test experiments,we can see that titanium trichloride method could take the place of the mercuric chloride method to determine the sulfur iron sulfide in coal,the use of reductant stannous chloride reagent titanium trichloride reduction is better,this method can avoid the overdosing of reducing agent,it is reliable.
