摘要
目的:研究5E-CHONS2400元素分析仪在测定固体生物质燃料有机物主元素含量时的最佳样品量和充氧量(充氧流量×充氧时间)的实验条件。方法:选取生物成分分析标准物质和日常生物质样品,通过5E-CHONS2400元素分析仪和国标方法对样品中有机物主元素含量进行测定和比对实验。结果:最佳样品量为20-30 mg,最佳充氧流量为120 mL/min,充氧时间为50 s,在该条件下测得的实验结果显示出较高的准确度和精密度。结论:该最佳实验条件适用于固体生物质燃料在元素分析仪上的有机物主元素的测定,并能保证其测定结果的准确性。
Aims: This paper aims to study the best sample quantity and oxygenation(oxygenation flow× oxygenation time) of 5 E-CHONS2400 element analyzer in determining the main element content of organic matter in solid biomass fuel. Methods: Biological standard reference materials and daily biomass samples were sdecled;and the content of the main elements of organic matter in the samples by the 5 E-CHONS2400 element analyzer and national standard method was determined amd compared. Results: The best sample weight was 20-30 mg. The best oxygenation flow was 120 mL/min;and the oxygenation time was 50 s. The test results measured under these conditions showed high accuracy and precision. Conclusions: The optimum experimental conditions are suitable for the determination of the organic main elements of solid biomass fuel on the element analyzer and ensure the accuracy of the determination results.
