摘要
目的:建立超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法测定农产品中6种重金属的方法。方法:采用超级微波消解处理样品,以2+1硝酸溶液作为消解液,通过串联质谱He碰撞/O2反应模式消除干扰进行ICP-MS分析。结果:该方法各元素的检出限为0.03~0.23μg·kg^-1,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.52%~4.16%,回收率为91.2%~100.8%,相对生物成分分析标准物质——黄豆标准偏样品的分析结果与证书值一致。结论:该方法简便快速,具有良好的灵敏度、准确度和精密度,可以用于各类农产品中6种重金属分析。
Objective:To establish a method for the detection of six heavy metals in agricultural products by ICP-MS/MS.Methods:The samples were digested with 2+1 nitric acid solution by ultra microwave,and then were analyzed by ICP-MS/MS with He collision/O2 reaction mode to eliminate the interferences.Results:The detection limit of each element was 0.03~0.23μg·kg^-1.The relative standard deviation(n=6)was 2.52%~4.16%,and the recovery was 91.2%~100.8%.The analysis results of relative biological component analysis standard deviation sample of soybean were consistent with the certificate value.Conclusions:The method is convenient,quick-acquired with good sensitivity,accuracy and precision,and can be used for the analysis of 6 heavy metals in various agricultural products.
