摘要
简述了红外法测定煤中碳、氢含量的过程,详细地分析和识别不确定度的来源,建立了测量过程分量的数学模型,量化了各分量的相对不确定度,最终确定合成不确定度和扩展不确定度并报出测定结果。
The process of carbon and hydrogen content determination in coal by infrared method was briefly described in this paper. A mathematical model of measurement components was established after the sources of uncertainty were systematically analyzed. Based on quantifying the relative uncertainty of each component, the final synthetic uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were determined and the testing results were finally reported.
