摘要
采用校准物质EDTA建立了非色散红外吸收法测定煤中碳含量的校准曲线,并根据校准曲线测量煤样中碳含量。分析了煤中碳含量测定不确定度来源,建立了整个测量过程中不确定度分量的数学模型,对测量结果重复性、标准曲线拟合、样品称重、标准物质等影响不确定度的分量进行了评定。
This paper establishes a calibration curve for the determination of carbon content in coal using non-dispersive infrared absorption method based on the calibration substance EDTA,and measures the carbon content in coal samples according to the calibration curve.It analyzes the sources of uncertainty in the determination of carbon content in coal,establishes the mathematical model of uncertainty components in the whole measurement process,and evaluates the components that affect the uncertainty,such as repeatability of measurement results,standard curve fitting,sample weighing,and standard substance.
