摘要
介绍了艾士卡法测定全硫的基本原理,并以实际比对试验为例,对影响全硫测定准确度的因素进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用艾士卡法测定全硫过程中,可从煤与艾氏剂的反应程度、洗液总体积、盐酸用量、沉淀剂用量及滴加速度、陈化及灰化过程等方面采取相应的措施,以确保全硫测定的准确性。
This paper introduced the basic principles of using Aishika method to determine the total sulfur of coal, taking the practical comparison test as example, influencing factors which affected the accuracy of determination of the total sulfur were studid, it was shown that: in the process of using aldrine card method to determine the total sulfur, we could adopt some corresponding measurements from aspects such as reaction degree of coal and aldrine, the total volume of washing fluid, the amount of hydrochloric acid and precipitation agentdropping speed, ageing and podzolic process to make sure the accuracy of determination.
