适合教育视域下实施“企业教室”实训教学模式的实证研究 被引量:2

摘要 适合教育视域下传统的实训教学模式已经满足不了学生个性化的发展,对高职烹饪专业学生尤为明显。本调研以适合职业学生发展的教育为指引,对江苏旅游职业学院高职烹饪专业2014级实习生、2015级在校生、烹饪专业教师、实习酒店进行调研,指出“企业教室”实训教学模式在实施过程中的优势和不足提出优化对策和建议。 The traditional training teaching mode from the perspective of proper education can’t meet the personalized development of students,especially for culinary specialty in higher vocational colleges.Guided by the education suitable for the development of vocational students,this research conducts a survey on the Class 2014 interns,Grade 2015 students,teachers of culinary specialty,and internship hotels of higher vocational culinary specialty of Jiangsu College of Tourism,and concludes the strengths and weaknesses of the training teaching mode of“enterprise classroom”during the implementation process,and then puts forward the optimizing countermeasures and suggestions.
