摘要
目的探讨前列地尔与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病神经病变的临床效果。方法收集我院2016年1月~2019年5月期间收治的糖尿病神经病变患者75例,随机分为两组,对照组37例,在常规治疗的基础上用前列地尔治疗,研究组38例,在常规治疗的基础上用前列地尔与甲钴胺联合治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后神经传导速度及TSS评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.1%,对照组为78.4%,研究组治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组正中神经、腓总神经的MNCV和SNCV均高于治疗前,TSS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组神经传导速度与对照组比较更高,TSS评分与对照组比较更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病神经病变效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,提高神经传导速度,显著优于单独应用前列地尔。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy.Methods A total of 75 patients with diabetic neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to May 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The 37 patients in the control group were treated with prostaglandil on the basis of conventional treatment.38 patients in the study group were treated with alprostadil combined with mecobalamin on the basis of conventional treatment.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment,and TSS score were compared.Results The total effective rate was 92.1%in the study group and 78.4%in the control group.The total effective rate of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MNCV and SNCV of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve were higher than those before treatment,and the TSS score was lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nerve conduction velocity of the study group was higher than that of the control group and TSS score of the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of alprostadil and mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy is effective,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the nerve conduction velocity.And its effect is significantly better than that of alprostadil alone.
