摘要
目的研究血清SAA、CysC、Hcy、SF表达与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性。方法选取汕头市中医医院2020年8月—2021年12月收治的200例2型糖尿病患者,根据患者的足部神经感觉阈值系统检测结果,将阈值低于15 V的100例患者归为单纯糖尿病组,将阈值高于15 V的100例患者归为糖尿病周围神经病变组,另选取同时间段内在本院接受体检的100名健康人群作为对照组。对3组研究对象的血糖(空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、血脂(三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、铁蛋白(SF)进行检测。结果①糖尿病周围神经病变组和单纯糖尿病组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均高于对照组,且糖尿病周围神经病变组高于单纯糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②糖尿病周围神经病变组和单纯糖尿病组的总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白均高于对照组,且糖尿病周围神经病变组的总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白均高于单纯糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组的高密度脂蛋白对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③糖尿病周围神经病变组和单纯糖尿病组的血清SAA、CysC、Hcy、SF表达均高于对照组,且糖尿病周围神经病变组的各项指标均显著高于单纯糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④血清SAA、CysC、Hcy、SF与糖化血红蛋白呈正相关。结论血清SAA、CysC、Hcy、SF表达与糖尿病周围神经病变有明显相关性,共同参与了糖尿病周围神经病变的发生和发展。
Objective To study the correlation between serum SAA,CysC,Hcy,SF expression and diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Shantou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to the test results of the patient’s foot nerve sensory threshold system,100 patients with a threshold lower than 15 V were classified as the simple diabetes group.The 100 patients with a threshold higher than 15 V were classified as diabetic peripheral neuropathy group.Another 100 healthy people who received physical examination in the hospital during the same time period were selected as the control group.Blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin),blood lipids(triglyceride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein),serum amyloid A(SAA),cystatin C(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy),serum ferritin(SF)of the three groups of subjects were detected.Results 1.Fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the diabetic peripheral neuropathy group and the simple diabetic group were higher than those in the control group,and the diabetic peripheral neuropathy group was higher than the simple diabetes group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy group and the simple diabetic group were higher than those of the control group,and the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy group were higher than the simple diabetes group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in high-density lipoprotein among the three groups(P>0.05);3.the expressions of serum SAA,CysC,Hcy,and SF in the diabetic peripheral neuropathy group and simple diabetic group were higher than those in the control group,and the indexes in the diabetic peripheral neuropathy group were significantly higher than
