摘要
随着公路预防养护工作的开展,路面预防性养护材料的选择越来越受到重视,沥青薄层罩面因其投资低、不受净空标高限制等优点备受瞩目。然而目前对于沥青胶砂(SMA-5)尚未有规范标准参照,因此,为了探索沥青路面预防性养护材料,对沥青胶砂材料进行研究,分析了沥青胶砂的材料组成,研究了沥青胶砂混合料的级配,并同时通过试验确定其最佳油石比,最终通过试验验证其各项路用性能。对沥青胶砂的施工工艺进行了分析,确定施工的关键控制指标并在威海地区进行工程试验段应用。研究结果表明:沥青胶砂作为路面预防性养护材料具有良好的路用性能,可为威海地区沥青路面的预防性养护材料选择提供参考。
With the launching of preventive maintenance of the highway pavement,more and more attention has been paid to the selection of its materials.The asphalt laminate has attracted much attention because of its low investment and no limitation of clearance elevation.However,there is no standard reference for asphalt mastic(SMA-5). In order to explore the preventive maintenance materials of asphalt pavement,the asphalt mastic materials are studied,the material composition of asphalt mastic is analyzed,the gradation of asphalt mastic mixture is researched.Then,the optimum oil stone ratio is obtained through the laboratory test.Finally,its various road performances are verified through the test.The construction technology of asphalt mastic is analyzed,the key control indicators for construction is determined,which is then applied to the engineering test stage in Weihai area.The research results show that,the asphalt mastic has good pavement performance as a pavement preventive maintenance material.It is expected to provide reference for the selection of preventive maintenance materials for asphalt pavement in Weihai area.
