掺TPS添加剂排水性沥青混合料的低温性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 对掺Tafpack Supe(rTPS)高黏度沥青添加剂排水性沥青混合料的低温脆化温度点、弯拉强度-应变包络图和三点弯曲蠕变速率进行了测试,同时与SBS改性沥青排水混合料的低温性能对比。结果表明,TPS对排水性沥青混合料的脆化点温度影响较小,但随着TPS掺量的增加,混合料在低温脆化点的抗弯拉强度显著增强;TPS能显著提高排水性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能。随着TPS掺量的增加,0℃时三点弯曲蠕变速率有所增加。综合分析表明,掺加TPS高黏度沥青添加剂排水性沥青混合料的低温性能可以得到一定改善,但SBS改性沥青混合料仍具有最佳的低温抗裂性能。 Performance tests are conducted to investigate the low temperature property of porous asphalt mixture adding Tafpack Super CTPS) high viscosity additive,such as brittleness temperatures,flexural strength-strain response curve and three-point bending creep rate and eontrastive analysis is made with low temperature property of SBS modified porous asphalt mixture. It is found out that the TPS additive has little effect on the brittleness temperature of porous asphalt mixture, however, the flexural strength at low temperature brittle point enhances with the increasing of TPS percentages,and that TPS can significantly improve the tow temperature anti-cracking property of porous asphalt mixture. On the other hand,with the increasing of TPS additive the three-point bending creep rate at 0℃ somewhat increases. Comprehensive analysis indicates that the low temperature property of porous asphalt mixture can have a certain improvement by using TPS high viscosityadditive, however, SBS modified asphalt mixture still exhibits the best anti-cracking property at low temperature.
