反应型SBS复配改性沥青及其混合料路用性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于室内综合反应性共混技术和SBS复配技术,制备出一种反应型SBS复配高黏改性沥青。利用常规试验方法、多应力蠕变试验、弯曲蠕变劲度试验及荧光显微镜全面对比反应型SBS复配、TPS、SINOTPS、SBS改性沥青的性能差异,再制备对应的OGFC-13沥青混合料,验证4种改性沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:自制反应型SBS复配改性沥青高温性能较好,仅次于SINOTPS改性沥青,但低温性能优于TPS、SINOTPS、SBS改性沥青;反应型SBS复配改性沥青中SBS与基质沥青界面比TPS、SINOTPS、SBS改性沥青更为模糊,具有较好的相容性;反应型SBS复配改性沥青混合料具有较好的高温性能、优异的低温及水稳性能。 Based on indoor comprehensive reactive blending technology and SBS compounding technology,a reactive SBS compounded high viscosity modified asphalt is prepared.The performance differences of reactive SBS compound,TPS,SINOTPS,and SBS modified asphalt are compared comprehensively by using conventional test methods,multi-stress creep test,bending creep stiffness test and fluorescence microscope.The corresponding OGFC-13asphalt mixture is prepared to verify the road performance of the four high-viscosity modified asphalt mixtures.The results show that the self-made reaction type SBS compound modified asphalt has good high temperature performance,which is only after the SINOTPS modified asphalt,but its low temperature performance is inferior to TPS,SINOTPS and SBS modified asphalt.The interface ratio of SBS to matrix asphalt in reactive SBS compound modified asphalt is more fuzzy and better compatible with TPS,SINOTPS and SBS modified asphalt.The reactive SBS compound modified asphalt mixture has good high temperature performance,excellent low temperature and water stability.
