摘要
通过自制的高性能复合改性沥青和多点支撑骨架状态理论(V-S法)设计出一种用于水泥混凝土桥罩面的薄层沥青混合料MP-5(Micropavement-5),并将其和目前广泛应用的几种薄层罩面沥青混合料(SMA-5、SUP-5以及Novachip-5)的路用性能进行了对比.结果表明:自制的复合改性沥青粘度大、施工和易性好;确定了薄层罩面沥青混合料MP-5的级配和油石比范围(5.4%-6.0%).MP-5施工简便,具有良好的高温性能,尤其构造深度大,抗滑性能好.
Ultra-thin wearing course asphalt mixture Micropavement-5(MP-5),applied on cement concrete bridge was designed based on self-developed high-performance composite modified asphalt and multi-supporting framework condition(V-S method),and its pavement performance was compared with other thin-layer asphalt mixture(SMA-5,SUP-5,Novachip-5).The results show that the warm mixed high viscosity asphalt has high viscosity and workability.The range of gradation and bitumen-aggregate ratio(5.4-6.0%)of the MP-5 is determined.The MP-5 has the characteristics of convenient construction,better high-temperature performance,large texture depth and skid resistance.
