摘要
利用贵州省天柱县重晶石为主要原料,以一定量的硅酸钠、氧化铝、氧化锌、磷酸二氢铝等为烧结助剂,在一定条件下冷压成型,再进行高温烧结,制备新型高密度防辐射重晶石陶瓷板材。结果表明,在压力为25 MPa冷压成型,烧结温度1000℃,保温时间2 h,退火到常温,得到的重晶石陶瓷板材表面光滑平整,重晶石颗粒和烧结助剂在高温下烧结形成高密度结构,板材的表观密度为1470 kg/m^(3),抗压强度可达到41.5 MPa,符合GB/T 30018-2013《烧结装饰板》要求。新型重晶石陶瓷板材的X射线防护衰减性能测定结果表明,厚度为10 mm板材的铅当量值为0.96 mmPb,具有良好的抗辐射性能。
Using barite from Tianzhu County,Guizhou Province as the main raw material,a certain amount of sodium silicate,alumina,zinc oxide and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as sintering aids,a new type of high-density radiation-proof barite ceramic plate was prepared by cold pressing and molding under certain conditions,followed by high-temperature sintering.It is shown that the surface of the obtained barite ceramic plates is smooth and flat,and the barite particles and sintering aids are sintered at high temperature to form a high-density structure with an apparent density of 1470 kg/m^(3) and compressive strength of 41.5 MPa,in accordance with GB/T 30018-2013"sintered decorative plates".The X-ray protection attenuation performance of the new barite ceramic sheet was measured,and the lead equivalent value of the sheet with thickness of 10 mm was 0.96 mmPb,which showed good radiation resistance.
