摘要
薄层罩面是路面工程中最常用的预防性养护技术之一。通常,这种加铺层和下卧层沥青路面中的沥青混合料容易发生高温相关的病害。薄层罩面的性能在很大程度上取决于沥青和混合料的性能。因此,本研究将橡胶粉掺入沥青制备橡胶改性沥青,并探究其基本性能及黏度。然后对橡胶沥青混合料进行配合比设计及路用性能研究。最后探讨了橡胶沥青薄层罩面的施工工艺。结果表明,橡胶沥青具有优异的高温稳定性,可作为高温地区延长整个路面使用寿命的预防性养护措施。
Thin layer overlay is one of the most commonly used preventive maintenance techniques in pavement engineering.Generally,the asphalt mixture in overlay and underlying asphalt pavement is prone to high temperature related diseases.The performance of thin overlay depends on the performance of asphalt and mixture to a great extent.Therefore,in this study,rubber powder was mixed into asphalt to prepare rubber modified asphalt,and its basic performance and viscosity were explored.Then the mix design and road performance of rubber asphalt mixture are studied.Finally,the construction technology of thin rubber asphalt overlay is discussed.The results show that rubber asphalt has excellent high temperature stability,which can be used as preventive maintenance measures to extend the service life of the whole pavement in high temperature area.
