摘要
为克服聚合物改性沥青材料成本高、易老化、易开裂等问题,提出采用无机材料蒙脱土改性沥青对沥青路面材料进行改善。通过室内试验,分别采用残留稳定度、动稳定度和疲劳寿命等指标确定蒙脱土改性效果最佳掺量;同时在不同添加剂量条件下,对比研究了蒙脱土对70号、90号和110号基质沥青的混合料性能改性效果。研究结果表明:蒙脱土添加剂量为4%时,高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗疲劳性能较优的分别是70号、90号、110号基质沥青对应的沥青混合料。实际工程应用中,在夏季高温地区,建议采用70号基质沥青,蒙脱土的掺量为4%;在多雨地区,建议采用90号基质沥青,蒙脱土掺量为4%;在对抗疲劳性能有一定要求地段,建议采用110号基质沥青,蒙脱土掺量为4%。
In order to overcome problems of polymer modified asphalt materials such as high cost, easy aging and easy cracking, the inorganic montmorillonite modified asphalt is used to improve the asphalt pavement.Through indoor tests, the residual stability, dynamic stability, fatigue life and other indexes were used to determine the optimal montmorillonite dosage. Under different dosages, the modification effects of montmorillonite on matrix asphalt performances of #70, #90 and #110 were compared and analyzed. The study results showed that, when the montmorillonite dosage was 4%, the asphalt mixtures corresponding to #70, #90, and #110 matrix asphalt had better high temperature stability, water stability and fatigue resistance, respectively. Therefore, in the actual engineering applications, the #70, #90 and #110 matrix asphalts with the same montmorillonite dosage of 4% are suggested to severally apply in areas with high-temperature in summer, high rainfall, and certain requirements of anti-fatigue performance.
