摘要
为了防治反射裂缝的产生和发展,对HDPE-橡胶粉复合改性沥青应力吸收层混合料进行研究。利用不同掺量的HDPE和橡胶粉作为改性剂对基质90#沥青进行改性制备;根据应力吸收层沥青材料的技术要求,选择出适宜的改性剂掺量配比,与所选AC-5合成级配的集料拌和形成混合料,并对混合料的低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能进行检验。研究表明,在基质沥青中掺入5%的HDPE和10%的橡胶粉制备的改性沥青混合料可作为应力吸收层材料,且具有良好的低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能。
In order to control the formation and propagation of reflection cracks, we studied the composite modified asphalt mixture with HDPE and rubber powder for stress absorbing layer. Using different dosages of HDPE and rubber powder as modifier, the matrix asphalt No. 90 is prepared. According to the technical requirements of bituminous materials for stress absorbing layer, we chose the appropriate modifier dosage ratio, and selected AC-5 graded aggregate to form the mixture, and tested the low temperature anti-cracking performance and water stability performance of the composite modified mixture. The study shows that the modified asphalt mixture which prepared by adding 5% HDPE and 10% rubber powder into the matrix asphalt can be used as the material of stress absorbing layer, it has a good low temperature crack resistance and water stability performance.
