摘要
优选出防水卷材与土工织物组成复合物作为应力吸收层,能起到隔水防渗的作用,根据反射裂缝的产生与发展行为,结合复合物的技术性能,分析复合物防治反射裂缝的机理。基于ANSYS软件,通过复合路面的三维有限元分析,计算分析沥青加铺层的力学响应,论证复合物防治反射裂缝的必要性和有效性。计算分析表明:减小板块的长宽比到合理值,可改善加铺层的应力状态;旧基层强度的提高,可降低沥青加铺层的应力峰值;复合物在接裂缝处能部分连续应力应变,并能部分吸收裂缝尖端应变能,缓解接裂缝处加铺层应力集中,从而延缓反射裂缝的产生和扩展,起到消能缓冲作用。
In this paper waterproof membrane and geotextile are compounded and used as interlayer,which can play a role in waterproof,based on the birth and development of reflective cracking.According to the technique capability of the interlayer,retarding reflective cracking mechanism of the interlayer is analyzed.In order to demonstrate the necessity and validity of retarding reflective cracking for the interlayer,based on ANSYS,via 3-D FEA of the composite pavement,mechanical responses of asphalt mixtures overlay are calculated and analyzed.The results indicate that stress state of overlay is improved by reducing ratio to length and width of slab;stress peak value of overlay is decreased by enhancing intensity of the old base;stress and strain are partly bridged over joint or cracking by the interlayer,and partial strain energy of cracking peak is absorbed by the interlayer,the stress concentration of overlay of the joint and crack is reduced,thus delaying the creation and expansion of reflecting cracks,then playing a role in dissipating energy.
