掺钢渣再生沥青混凝土路用性能及力学性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用钢渣代替天然集料掺加至再生沥青混凝土中制备掺钢渣再生沥青混凝土,对其展开路用性能及力学性能研究。采用车辙实验、低温弯曲实验、浸水残留稳定度实验、分别对RAP掺量不同的掺钢渣再生沥青混凝土的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性展开研究;采用劈裂实验,抗压应力-应变实验对RAP掺量不同掺钢渣沥青混凝土力学性能展开研究。研究结果表明:SMA和AC掺钢渣再生沥青混凝土的高温性能随着RAP掺量的增加呈现先降低再增加的变化规律,在30%时,动稳定度最低分别为5650、2877次/mm;低温性能和水稳定性能呈现持续降低的趋势,RAP掺量为40%时,SMA掺钢渣再生沥青混凝土的浸水残留稳定度降到80%以下。掺钢渣再生沥青混凝土的劈裂抗拉性能随着RAP掺量的增加呈现先降低再增加的变化规律,劈裂抗拉强度最低为2.34 MPa;RAP掺量小于30%时,随着RAP掺量的增加,混合料的极限抗压强度下降,当RAP掺量为30%时极限强度最低,为4.52 MPa,在此掺量范围内,RAP可以看做一种有损伤的集料;当RAP掺量大于30%时,混合料的极限抗压强度略微提高,说明随着RAP掺量的提高,RAP可以看作被老化沥青包裹的集料,RAP中老化沥青比例增加且在新沥青的调和下恢复部分沥青的性能,使得抗压强度提升。 The recycled asphalt concrete mixed with steel slag instead of natural aggregates is prepared and its road performance and mechanical properties are studied.The rutting test,low-temperature bending test and residual stability test in water were used to study the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance and water stability of reclaimed asphalt concrete with different amounts of RAP.A split experiment and compressive stress-strain experiment were used to study the mechanical properties of the mixture.Research indicates:The high-temperature performance of SMA and AC recycled asphalt concrete mixed with steel slag shows the change law of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of RAP content.At 30%,the dynamic stability is 5650 times/mm,2877 times/mm.The low temperature performance and water stability performance show a continuous decreasing trend.When the RAP content is 40%,the residual stability of SMA recycled asphalt concrete mixed with steel slag drops to below 80%.The splitting tensile properties of recycled asphalt concrete mixed with steel slag presents the law of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of RAP content.The minimum splitting tensile strength is 2.34 MPa.When the amount of RAP is less than 30%,as the amount of RAP increases,the ultimate compressive strength of the mixture decreases.When the amount of RAP is 30%,the ultimate strength is the lowest,4.52 MPa.When the amount of RAP is greater than 30%,the ultimate compressive strength of the mixture is slightly increased,indicating that with the increase of the amount of RAP,RAP can be regarded as aggregates wrapped by aging asphalt.After aging asphalt is blended with new asphalt,the performance of part of the asphalt is restored,so that the compressive strength is improved.
