摘要
大量在役高速公路桥梁存在不同程度的病害或病害发生、发展的趋势,威胁桥梁结构安全及我国公路交通事业的高质量发展,亟须防患于未然,布局预防性养护。本文依托京平高速公路预防性养护工程项目,对桥梁预防性养护的总体步骤、重点问题、关键技术及绿色环保措施进行阐述,并对关键工序支座顶升更换施工进行了详细论述。从桥梁全寿命周期的角度来看,预防性养护在较小经济、环境成本的前提下,对提升桥梁结构耐久性、延长桥梁使用寿命具有良好的效果。
A large number of in-service highway bridges have varying degrees of diseases or trends in disease occurrence and development,threatening the structural safety of bridges and the high-quality development of China’s highway transportation industry.It is urgent to layout preventive maintenance.This article elaborates on the overall steps,key issues,key technologies and environmental protection measures of bridge preventive maintenance based on the Jingping Expressway preventive maintenance project,and provides a detailed discussion on the construction of jacking and bearing replacement.From the perspective of the entire life cycle of bridges,preventive maintenance has a good effect on improving the durability of bridge structures and extending the service life of bridges,under the premise of low economic and environmental costs.
