摘要 目的研究临床教学模式以提高住院医师岗位胜任力。方法随机选取培训中2014~2016级住院医师共56人作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各28人。对照组采用常规的带教模式,实验组采用临床教学联盟的方式,最终观察学员出科考核成绩分值及患者满意度二个方面综合评估。结果实验组学员的出科成绩及患者满意度均高于对照组学员,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床教学联盟带教模式在提高住院医师岗位胜任力方面有优势,不光为临床输送优秀的住院医师,同时也获得了学生和老师互赢的结果。 Objective To study the clinical teaching mode to improve the competency of residents.Methods A total of 56 residents in the training period from grade 2014 to 2016 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 28 residents in each group.The control group was taught by routine teaching mode.The experimental group was taught by clinical teaching alliance.Finally,we observed the comprehensive evaluation of students'outpatient examination scores and patients'satisfaction.Results The outpatient performance and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical teaching alliance has advantages in improving the post competence of residents.It not only provides excellent residents for clinical practice,but also achieves win-win results between students and teachers.
