思维导图在变态反应科入科教育中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Mind Mapping in Refresher Physician Teaching of Allergy and Clinical Immunology Department

摘要 目的探讨思维导图在变态反应科入科教育中的应用及效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年5月新入变态反应科的40名进修医生为研究对象,按照随机数表法将进修医生分为对照组和思维导图组各20名。对照组给予常规的入科教育,思维导图组在对照组基础上采用思维导图引导入科教育。2周后,比较两组进修医生的变态反应科理论知识得分、带教教师对进修医生岗位胜任能力评分和对变态反应科进修的满意度评分。结果思维导图组医师理论考试得分(43.40±1.82)分显著高于对照传统入科教育组(41.80±1.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),带教教师对思维导图组医师的岗位胜任能力评分(91.50±2.01)分和进修医生对变态反应科进修满意度评分(45.05±1.32)分均显著高于对照组的(89.95±1.70)分和(43.7±1.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图可以帮助新入科医师更好的接受入科教育内容,有助于进修医生快速掌握变态反应科的专科知识、了解变态反应科工作常规、保证工作有序进行,在变态反应科入科教育方面收到了良好的效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping in refresher physician training of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.Methods A total of 40 doctors were enrolled in this study from September 2020 to May 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups,20 in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching mode.The observation group adopted the mind mapping teaching mode.The scores of theoretical knowledge,skill assessment and the doctors’satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In observation group,the scores of theory and skill assessment were significantly higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The doctors’satisfaction in the observation group was(45.05±1.32)points,it was more than(43.7±1.38)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping learning can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge level and the clinical shill in refresher physician training of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.It is worth of further application and promotion.
