摘要
目的:探讨微课教学在住院医师规范化培训口腔综合专业入科教育中的应用效果。方法:北京大学口腔医院综合科2019级18名住培医师为实验组,入科教育采用微课教学,2018级7名住培医师为对照组,入科教育采用传统大课教学。结果:入科教育后实验组考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:微课教学是一种有效且实用的教学方式。
Objective:To explore the application effect of micro-lecture in the admission education of standardized residents’training of general dentistry.Methods:18 residents enrolled in 2019 from Department of General Dentistry were the experimental group.A series of micro-lectures were used in the admission education.7 residents enrolled in 2018 were the control group.Traditional teaching pattern was used.Results:The scores of the experimental group was higher than those of thecontrol group.There was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusions:It proved the effectiveness of the micro-lecture in the admission education of standardized residents’training of general dentistry.
