摘要
经济新常态下的人才市场对于高校人才培养的质量要求越来越高。课堂教学质量评价作为高校人才培养的重要组成部分,是促进学生成才、教师专业素养提升和提高教学质量的重要手段。二级学院作为高校的办学实体,是高校教育教学的基层单位,二级学院的教学质量关系着整个高校的人才培养质量。因此,建立二级学院课堂教学质量评价体系对提高整个高校的教学质量有着十分重要的意义。本文以成都理工大学商学院为例,探讨了高校二级学院课堂教学质量评价体系的应用,对各高校二级学院进一步改进和完善课堂教学质量评价体系具有一定的启示意义。
Under the environment of new normal,the standards of the higher-educational talents become more and more strict.Classroom teaching quality evaluation is the important part of the college and university administration,it is also considered an important way of students’promotion,teachers ’development as well as improving the quality of teaching.As the teaching performer,secondary colleges constitute the basic units of university education,so the teaching quality of each secondary college is collecting with effectiveness of talent cultivation for university.In that case,it is significant for every secondary college to set up the classroom teaching quality evaluation system.This article will take the Business College of Chengdu University of Technology as an example,discussing the application of classroom teaching quality evaluation system,which will provide enlightenment on how to improve or perfect the classroomteaching quality evaluation system.
