摘要
当前高等教育转型发展的大格局倒逼高校凝练特色、分类发展、深化改革目标定位、以学生为本加快高等教育职能由教育型向服务型转变。立足学生消费者的服务型教育体系是高校人才培养供给侧改革的一个重要方向。高职院校应通过积极探索"订单教育"校企合作模式、现代学徒制人才培养模式,构建服务型人才培养体系,依托职业技能大赛重构服务型课程体系,搭建学校与社会协同融通平台完善服务育人格局,为服务型职能转变提供有效的实施路径。
The background of transformation and development of higher education forced universities to condense characteristic, develop in classification, deepen the reform target orientation, insist on student oriented, so as to accelerate the transformation of higher education function orientation from education to service. The service oriented education system based on student consumers is a fundamental requirement for supply side reform of personnel training in colleges and universities. Higher vocational colleges should actively explore ＂order education＂school-enterprise cooperation mode and modern apprenticeship training mode, construct service-orietned personnel training system, reconstruct service-oriented course system based on the Vocational Skill Contest, set up school-society collaborative and integrative platform to improve service-oriented education pattern, so as to provide effective implementation path for the transformation to the service-oriented function.
