摘要
高职院校拓展企业在学院招生、专业设置、课程选定等方面的合作空间,激发企业参与职业教育的积极性,是展开深层次校企合作的重要工作。校企合作应以学生为主体,用人单位为主导,坚持以岗位能力培养为核心,理论与实践相结合,突出实践能力的培养。教学过程采用分段式,在学校和企业之间交替进行,使学生在学校的理论学习和企业工作岗位的实践紧密结合,才能实现"企旺校兴",双方共同发展。
Higher vocational colleges expand the cooperative room of enterprises in the aspects of colleges＇ enrollment, major setting and curriculum choice, which stimulates enterprises＇ enthusiasm to participate in vocational education. It is the important work to develop the deep college-enterprise combination. College-enterprise combination should make students as main body, employers as main guide, sticking to the core of post ability cultivation with the combination of theory and practice to stand out the cultivation of practice ability. Teaching process should adopt sectional type with the alternation between colleges and enterprises so that students can combine their theory study with the practice of enterprises＇ work post. Therefore, it can realize ＂enterprises flourishing and colleges vigorous＂ and mutual development of each other.
