摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取手术室2016年1月—2017年1月接收的实习生48名,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(24例)和观察组(24例)。对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组采用PBL教学方法,比较两组实习生基础理论、技术操作以及课堂参与成绩,并比较两组实习生的评判性思维能力和答题情况。结果:观察组实习生的基础理论、技术操作以及课堂参与成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生的评判性思维能力各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生的问题答对率、原因分析正确率及应对措施正确率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在手术室护理带教中具有良好的应用效果,有利于提高实习生的考核成绩、问题分析能力,培养实习生的评判性思维能力和安全隐患应对能力。
Objective: To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in nursing teaching in operation room.Methods: All 48 interns were selected in operating room from January 2016 to January 2017.Two groups were randomly divided into control group( n = 24) and observation group( n = 24).The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the observation group adopted PBL teaching method.Compared the basic theory,technical operation and classroom participation scores of the two groups,and compared the critical thinking ability and the answering condition of the two groups.Results: The basic theory,technical operation and class participation of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0.05).The rate of answer to the question of the observation group,the correct rate of the reason analysis and the correct rate of the countermeasures were obviously higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05).Conclusion: PBL teaching method has good application effect in nursing teaching of operating room,which is beneficial to improving the performance of interns,analyzing the problem,developing the evaluation thinking ability and safety hazard response ability of interns.
