PBL教学法在手术室护理带教中的运用价值评估分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的临床带教质量对提高实习护生综合能力具有积极意义,有效教学方法具有关键作用,该研究对运用PBL教学法的价值进行分析。方法选择2019年2月—2020年6月在该院手术室进行实习的70名护生,以随机数字表形式对其进行分组,对照组与研究组实习护生各35名,对照组实习护生采用传统教学方法,研究组实习护生采用PBL教学法,对比两组实习护生考核成绩、教学满意度、评判思维评分及综合能力。结果研究组实习护生理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩与对照组实习护生相比,研究组实习护生考核成绩较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、认知成熟度、求知欲评分较对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生教学满意度较对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生自学能力、沟通能力、无菌操作能力较对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理带教中应用PBL教学法利于提高实习护生综合能力,可以培养实习护生评判性思维,提高实习护生紧急情况应对能力。 Objective The quality of clinical teaching is of positive significance for improving the comprehensive ability of interns,and effective teaching methods have a key role.This study analyzes the value of using PBL teaching methods.Methods From February 2019 to June 2020,70 nursing students practiced in the operating room of the hospital were selected.They were divided into groups in the form of a random number table.The control group and the study group had 35 nursing students in each group.Nursing trainees adopt traditional teaching methods,while those in the research group adopt PBL teaching method to compare the assessment results,teaching satisfaction,critical thinking scores and comprehensive abilities of the two groups of trainees.Results Compared with the control intern nurses,the theoretical assessment and clinical skills assessment scores of the intern nurses in the study group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of open-mindedness,analytical ability,systematic ability,self-confidence,cognitive maturity,and curiosity of the interns in the research group were higher than those in the control interns,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of interns in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-learning ability,communication ability and aseptic operation ability of the intern nurses in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in nursing teaching in operating room is beneficial to improve the comprehensive ability of interns,can cultivate the critical thinking of interns,and improve the ability of emergency response of interns.
