LBL联合PBL教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用效果观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨以老师授课为基础的教学法(Lecture-based learning,LBL)联合以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月至2018年6月于本院手术室实习的护生60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各30例。对照组予以传统教学法带教,实验组采用LBL联合PBL教学法带教。分别比较两组护生理论成绩、操作成绩,护生对教学方式的评价情况,护生评判性思维评分情况及护生对教学法的满意度情况。结果实验组理论成绩、操作成绩分别为(93.28±2.05)分、(94.76±2.07)分,较对照组的(90.74±2.08)分、(91.05±2.24)分高(P<0.05)。实验组护生对教学方式的各项评价人数占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组护生分析能力、求知欲、开放思想、认知成熟度、系统化能力、寻求真相能力、自信心评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组护生满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 LBL联合PBL教学法应用于手术室护理带教中的效果明显,有利于提高护生理论成绩、操作成绩及评判性思维能力,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the application effect of LBL combined with PBL in operating room nursing teaching. Methods A total of 60 cases of nursing students who interned in the operating room of our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were taken as the research object. They were divided into control group and experimental group randomly. The control group was taught by traditional teaching method, while the experimental group was taught by LBL combined with PBL. The theoretical and operational achievements of the two groups of nursing students, the evaluation of teaching methods of nursing students, the evaluation of thinking of nursing students and the satisfaction of teaching methods of nursing students were compared. Results Theoretical and operational scores of the experimental group were(93.28±2.05) and(94.76±2.07), was higher than the control group[(90.74±2.08) and(91.05±2.24)] respectively(P<0.05). The proportion of nursing students in the experimental group in evaluating teaching methods was higher than the control group(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group had a higher score of analysis ability, thirst for knowledge, openness to thought, cognitive maturity, systematization ability, truth-seeking ability and confidence(P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing students in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion LBL combined with PBL teaching method has obvious effect in operating room nursing teaching, which is conducive to improving nursing students’ theoretical achievement, operating performance and critical thinking ability. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
