摘要
目的分析不同带教模式在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月在医院手术室实习的护生36名作为研究对象,以盲选法进行随机分组——对照组和观察组各有18例。对照组实习护生采取传统护理带教模式;观察组实习护生采取多种护理带教模式。对两组护生的理论与操作水平进行考核,且评估其对带教模式的满意度。结果在实验中,观察组护生的理论知识考核与操作能力评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对带教模式的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理带教中,运用多种不同的带教模式进行干预。能够提高护生的学习积极性,使之理论知识和操作能力得以优化。
Objective To analyze the application effect of different teaching modes in operating room nursing teaching.Methods 36 nursing students who were interned in the operating room of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 18 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional nursing teaching mode;the observation group adopted a variety of nursing teaching mode.The theory and operation level of the two groups of nursing students were assessed,and their satisfaction with the teaching mode was evaluated.Results In the experiment,the scores of theoretical knowledge and operation ability of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operation room nursing teaching,the use of a variety of different modes of teaching intervention.It can improve the learning enthusiasm of nursing students and optimize their theoretical knowledge and operation ability.
