摘要
目的:探讨微格联合PBL教学法在手术室护理实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—12月福建医科大学附属闽东医院手术室实习的104例护理实习生作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组(n=52)与对照组(n=52)。对照组采用传统临床带教法,研究组采用微格联合PBL教学法。教学结束后,通过理论考试、技术操作考核、中文版护理人文关怀能力量表(CAI)、中文修订版霍尔职业精神态度量表评价两组教学效果。结果:教学结束后,研究组护生的理论考试成绩、技术操作考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.157、9.629;10.831、13.041、10.255,P<0.05)。教学结束后,两组护生的CAI评分、职业精神态度评分均显著高于教学前,且研究组护生显著高于对照组同期,差异有统计学意义(t=8.120、6.975、9.211、7.257,P<0.05)。教学结束后,两组护生的职业精神态度评分显著高于教学前,且研究组护生显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.280、8.324、5.129、10.611、8.746、14.910、6.387,P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理实习生带教中应用微格联合PBL教学法,可提升护理实习生的理论知识掌握度及技术操作水平,可培养护理实习生的人文关怀能力,帮助其树立职业精神态度,有助于提升手术室护理带教质量,是一种理想的手术室护理实习带教方法。
Objective:To explore the application effect of microcell combined with PBL teaching in the teaching of nursing interns in operating room.Methods:A total of 104 nursing interns who practiced in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a research group and a control group by random number table method,with 52 people in each group.The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the microgrid combined with PBL teaching method.After the teaching,the theory test,technical operation assessment,Chinese version of Nursing Humane Care Ability Inventory(CAI),Chinese version of the Hall Professional Spirit Attitude Scale were used to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups.Results:After the teaching,the theoretical test scores and technical operation assessment scores of nursing students in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.157,9.629;10.831,13.041,10.255,P<0.05).After the teaching,the CAI scores and professional attitude scores of the nursing students in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the teaching,and the nursing students in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the same period,with a statistically significant difference(t=8.120,6.975,9.211,7.257,P<0.05).After the teaching,the scores of professionalism and attitude of the nursing students in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the teaching,and the nursing students in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.280,8.324,5.129,10.611,8.746,14.910,6.387,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of microgrid combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of nursing interns in the operating room can improve the theoretical knowledge and technical operation level of nursing interns,culti
