摘要
对微格教学法应用于护理教学的国内外现状以及该教学法的特点与实施方法进行综述，针对微格教学法在我国护理教学中亟待解决的问题进行反思，并在教学师资的培养、教学对象的准备和制定教学评价标准等方面提出发展建议。
This paper reviews the application status quo of mieroteaching method in nursing teaching in China and abroad, and describes the feature and implementation of microteaching. It gives reflection on urgent problems for mieroteaehing in domestic nursing teaching. Moreover, it also put forward some development suggestions from the perspective of teacher training, preparation of teaching subjects and evaluation criteria.
