摘要
目的揭示我国自2006年事业单位工资制度改革以来,公立医院医师薪酬领域的研究热点,为开展进一步研究提供参考和依据。方法运用高频关键词聚类分析法开展文献计量分析。结果 2006年7月—2017年11月,我国公立医院医师薪酬领域共形成6个研究热点。结论现有研究从广度上基本覆盖了医师薪酬的各个层面,但在研究深度上存在不足,仍需结合相关基础理论与外部制度环境对医师薪酬的本质、功能及其与卫生体制的关系进行深入研究,加强医师人力资本价值计量的研究。
Objective To reveal the research hot spots in the field of public hospital doctor's payment since the reform of public institution's salary system in 2006 in China and provide reference and basis for further research. Method Using high-frequency keyword clustering analysis to carry out bibliometric analysis. Result From July,2006 to November,2017,six research hot spots were formed in the field of doctors' payment in public hospitals. Conclusion The existing research covers almost all aspects of doctors' payment. However,there are still so many shortcomings in the depth of research on the nature, function and its relationship with the health system of doctors' payment through combining with relevant basic theories and external institutional environment,to strengthen the research on the measurement of doctor's human capital value.
