摘要
随着社区卫生服务的发展,北京市丰台区在社区卫生服务绩效考核方面经历了十余年的探索和实践。本文通过回顾2007年-2016年该区政府办社区卫生服务机构绩效考核状况,总结社区卫生服务绩效考核取得的成效,并分析其面临的问题,提出相应的建议和对策,并期望能为其他地区基层卫生机构的绩效考核提供借鉴。
With the development of community health service,Fengtai District of Beijing has experienced more than ten years of exploration and practice in the performance evaluation of community health service.This paper reviews the performance appraisal of community health service institutions run by the government from 2007 to 2016,summarizes and analyzes the achievements and problems of performance appraisal of community health service,puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,and hopes to provide reference for performance appraisal of grass-roots health institutions in other regions.
