摘要
目的比较上海市综合改革前后彭浦镇社区卫生服务中心近3年的基本医疗和公共卫生服务量。方法通过对彭浦镇社区卫生服务中心2005-2007年基本医疗服务量和公共卫生服务量进行统计学分析。结果得出综合改革后基本医疗和公共卫生年增长服务量有显著的上升趋势。2006年基本医疗服务量比2005年上升27.79%,公共卫生服务量上升54.61%;2007年基本医疗服务量比2005年上升74.24%,公共卫生服务量上升63.30%。年服务量增长速度基本医疗为2007年最快,增长36.35%;公共卫生为2006年最快,增长54.61%。基本医疗需求前3位分别为内科、中医科、外科。结论通过了解彭浦镇社区卫生服务中心综合改革前后服务量变化情况,显示综合改革后社区卫生服务中心服务量增长趋势逐年上升。
Objective To compare service load of basic medical and public health before and after the comprehensive reforma- tion in recent three years in Pengpu town community health service center. Methods The statistical analysis was taken on the service load of basic medicine and public health from 2005 to 2007 in Pengpu town community health service center. Results The service load of basic medicine and public health increased obviously. Service load of basic medicine and public health rose by 27.79 and 54.61 percent in 2006 compared with 2005 respectively ,and by 74.24 and 63.30 in 2007 compared with 2005. The larger annual ratio of growth of service load of basic medicine was in 2007 ,rising by 36.35 percent ,and the larger annual ratio of growth of public health service load is in 2006,rising by 54.61 percent. The first three in basic medicine demands were internal medicine, department of traditional Chinese medicine and surgery respectively. Conclusions The status of service load in Pengpu town community health service center after comprehensive reformation was determined. The growth tendency of service load ascended year by year.
