摘要
随着我国卫生体制的改革,对卫生事业管理人才的需求与重视日益凸显,当前知识储备型人才已经无法满足社会上对卫生管理人才的需求。基于此,本文以某医务科的卫生事业人才管理模式为例,通过对当前状况的分析找出存在的不足,从人员素质、就业信息、管理水平和培养标准等方面详细阐述基于需求导向的当前卫生事业管理人才供给的方式方法。
With the reform of health system in our country,the demand and importance of health management personnel is becoming more and more prominent.The current knowledge reserve talent has been unable to meet the needs of the community for health management personnel.Based on this,this paper takes the health personnel management model of a medical department as an example.Through the analysis of the current situation to find out the shortcomings,and from the quality of personnel,employment information,the management level and training standard are discussed in detail.
